I hear the Media talking about how horrible President of Syria is. "He killed many of his people".

Does this justifies the images we see?
Is our interference in Syria by, the Arabs, Europeans and Americans helped save lives? or just accelerated and broadened the killing  poor people?
Any clean hands? Any clean conscious?

Several people were killed when a van drove into a crowd of pedestrians in the German city of Muenster. The police said  there are "deaths and injuries" and askthe people to stay out of the area.  The driver of the car killed himself.
The driver plowed into a crowd of people gathered around the Kiepenkerl statue in Muenster's historic old town, according to Der Spiegel, the German magazine.
Police, looking for explosives, had mounted an operation at the Kiepenkerl restaurant, a popular gathering place for locals and tourists, according to Spiegel.

Wants...

Image result for what a girl want from a guy

Give and take is the core principle of a successful marriage.

Giving and taking encompasses the whole of a marriage, from household chores to intimacy. One can't do all the taking or the giving. One can't give a little to get a lot.

Children create new relationships that force parents to give more and more.  If you ran out of things to give, go out, get something to give some more.

Marriage needs a lot of work, a lot to give until you can take something if any. The "give" part is upfront, immediate, and sizeable, while the take is down the road, maybe.

Give and take is a sensitive balance and should be rebalanced frequently depending on the social changes.

Many think that a bird in a hand is worth two in the bush. The question is Worth to Whom?

What to give and how much?

Love brownnosers, tattletales, and relatives who report to them. They choose favorite employees and cover up and make excuses for the poor work of their incompetent favorites.
  • They ignore selected people and discriminate against many employees. They tend to give their favorites better schedules and assignments, more attention, and pal around with them outside of work.
  • Bad bosses change their minds frequently leaving employees off-balance, change expectations and deadlines frequently. Employees have trouble knowing where they stand and whether they're meeting expectations. Employees fail to feel a sense of accomplishment when expectations don't exist.
  • Fail to communicate, and may not even have clear expectations, timelines or goals.
  • Use disciplinary measures inappropriately when simple, positive communication would correct the problem. Bad bosses ignore employees until there is a problem, then pounce.
  • They seek out the guilty when they want to correct a problem.
  • Speak loudly, rudely, one-sidedly to staff. Bad bosses don't provide the air time for staff to respond to accusations and comments. They intimidate people and bully staff. They allow other employees to bully employees.
  • Take credit for the successes and positive accomplishments of employees. They are equally as quick to blame employees when something goes wrong. They throw employees under the bus loudly and in public.
  • Fail to provide rewards or recognition for positive employee performance.
These six were the top bad boss characteristics cited by readers. The following came up less frequently but were contributed by more than one reader.
The bad boss:
  • *Is not qualified for the boss job by either skills or experience. The bad boss doesn't know how to lead and interact effectively with people.
  • *Will not let go of problems or mistakes. The bad boss returns to discuss negative events continually and searches for faults in employees.
  • *Will not accept constructive feedback and suggestions for improvement. The bad boss can't deal with disagreement from employees who have their own opinions about work-related issues.
  • *Lacks integrity, breaks promises, and is dishonest. Bad bosses make up stories when they don't know the answer to an employee's question and they are too lazy to find out.
  • *Does not have the courage to deal with a difficult situation despite knowing that it is the right thing to do.
  • *Causes dissension among staff members by his or her actions and comments.

The Kremlin is crying foul on Facebook, accusing the social media giant of censorship after it took down more than 200 pages and accounts that were run by the Russia-based Internet Research Agency the "troll factory" that is under indictment for interfering in the 2016 U.S. election.
When it took down the pages this week, the American company said, "The [Internet Research Agency] has no place on Facebook." The company removed 70 Facebook accounts and 138 pages, along with 65 Instagram accounts and a number of ads. Most of the removed material was in Russian and included commentary on domestic and international events.

The issue is the competition between Facebook and traditional Media outlet. Many get the information through FB rather than traditional Media.
I like my own distorted stories by my friends than the Media's.   Just a thought.

Former Mayor Rudy Giuliani and his wife of 15 years, Judith, are getting a divorce. Judith filed for a contested divorce in Manhattan Supreme Court, signaling a fight over assets. They are each headed for their third divorce.

The estranged couple was in the headlines just last month, when Axios reported that Giuliani had made a tasteless joke at Mar-a-Lago about Hillary Clinton that bombed with Judith, 63.

“Hillary was also here,” Giuliani, 73, said to a room of Republican donors, according to Axios. “And she actually fit through the door.”

Judith, a registered nurse, reportedly gave her husband a “most foul look.”

So what's up with the Marriage thing?
