Morgan Stanley has a new report out for investors that outlines how Amazon's potential push into pharmacy would benefit consumers.
The authors speculate that Amazon could open "virtual retail pharmacies," leveraging its Prime Now network for millions of U.S. consumers to buy drugs online..
It would not be a huge challenge for Amazon to become a pharmacy and get added to existing pharmacy benefits managers' networks.
Secondly, the company could establish relationships with manufacturers of inexpensive generic drugs.
And finally, and most critically, Amazon would build partnerships with makers of branded drugs.
If the company is successful, Morgan Stanley expects that the rebates and other discounts that are currently retained by companies including the pharmacy benefits managers could "pass back to consumers.

Amazon would finally kill the little businesses and then the prices will soar.  It's all about the money.  Just a thought.

The New York Times reported that O'Reilly paid $32 million to a Fox News colleague who threatened to sue him for alleged sexual misconduct.

Lis Wiehl's complaints "included allegations of repeated harassment, a non-consensual sexual relationship and the sending of gay pornography and other sexually explicit material to her.

Weeks later, Fox News renewed O'Reilly's contract, reportedly worth $25 million a year. Fox says it knew about the existence of the settlement, but not the price tag.

O'Reilly was fired after another Times story that revealed previously secret settlement payments to other O'Reilly accusers.

Twitter and Facebook lit up about the jaw-dropping payment. "Nobody pays $32m for false allegations - nobody," Gretchen Carlson tweeted.

We haven't got enough settlement out of the Fox.   Just a thought.

High Five...*

The Supreme Court's rule in favor of Hobby Lobby applies only to companies considered “closely held.”  Five or fewer people own more than half the corporation. Many of which are already exempt due to size.   Who won and who Lost? Confused.

The Religion, is the biggest loser of all and so is women. Christianity, in this light, is reduced to Abortion ...pill.... IUD.... Pros and Cons and nothing else.

Did Hobby Lobby sue the Bush administration not to pay taxes for the War in Iraq that killed thousands of our soldiers, death and misery for Iraq.
Where is the religion? Where is the Belief??????????????????

"For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat, I was thirsty ..... something to drink, I was a stranger and you invited me in, 36 I needed clothes and you clothed me, I was sick and ......., I was in prison and you came to visit me.’              That I believe.

Let us make peace than war. Just a Thought.

President Donald Trump took two swings at drug makers over the high cost of medicines, bringing attention back to an administration priority that he has largely ignored for the past few months.

Trump reiterated his desire to get the cost of prescription drugs "way down," claiming that "the world is taking advantage of us."
Before a Cabinet meeting earlier, Trump accused drug companies of "getting away with murder," repeating an attack line he first used shortly before taking office.
He still remember...

Image result for men loneliness

According to the Harvard Business Review, 40 percent of U.S. adults report feeling lonely. This attributed to the record numbers of people who live alone.
Technology can help or hurt, it's simply a tool but for too many people technology has led to substituting online connections for offline in-person connections.
Masculinity is tied to being self-sufficient and not expressing your emotions and certainly not admitting to feelings of loneliness. But many men do feel lonely especially after they get married or have children where their social circles narrow.
Loneliness is associated with a reduction in your lifespan that is as severe as the lifespan you see with smoking 15 cigarettes a day.   We evolve to be social creatures and thousands of years ago if you were connected to other people you were more likely to have a stable food supply and to be protected from predators. So when you're disconnected, you're in a stress state.
We have for years thought about ourselves as an individualistic society that champions individual achievement but we're truly interdependent creatures and ultimately we need each other.
