It cannot be denied that there are sex workers who get physically abused or become victims of violence from their pimps and even clients. Some even were killed in the process. he scams associated with sex is huge as well. They can't report to the authorities when they get hurt.

Legalizing can allow the state to impose the use of protection when engaging in commercial sex and for the workers to get regularly tested.

Brothels, workers and other related business will be obliged to pay taxes and are protected against illegal activities.

Human trafficking, especially of children, is rampant in some parts of the world and even within a country itself.  Sexual predators are alarming, more women are coerced to be sex workers.

Keep this industry illegal is the wrong thing to have.   Just a thought.

After the collapse of world economies in 2008, the US Federal Reserve started printing money, buying US Treasuries and Bonds.   This was called Quantitative Easing or "QE"
It helped the US economy, employment, Wall Street, Housing, and Auto Industries drastically.

Printing money is a common practice in the World Economics, China, Europe, etc., based on certain economic principles.

Japan was the latest to print money and buy bonds, lots of it. The Dollar equaled  80 Yen, now 102 Yen in just 2 months. Yet this low value of the Yen will help Japanese exports, spurs economic activities, and quickly.   Ironic huhh!!

In Egypt, the Dollar equaled 0.3 Egyptian LB at one point. Then became equals to 3 E. LB, and currently one Dollar equals 6 Egyptian Pounds.

By comparison, with currency's easing, one expect that Egypt would have a boom in economics, low unemployment and very comfortable living in the land of the Pharos. Sadly that is not the case.

There is much more to economics than just printing. Adam Smith principles of 1776, and Human Rights of 4000 years B.C. may give the boost needed..... Tourism.       Just a thought.

Healthy Ingredients

 The following is a summery of a new eating habits to help improve your life.
  • Eat a large salad as the main dish for at least one meal.
  • Eat closer to 1 cup, of beans.
  • Eat one large (double-size) serving of steamed green vegetables.
  • Eat at least 1 ounce of nuts and seeds if you’re female and at least 1.5 ounces of nuts and seeds if you’re male. Half of them should be walnuts, hemp seeds, chia seeds, flaxseeds, or sesame seeds.
  • Eat some cooked mushrooms and raw and cooked onions.
  • Eat at least three fresh fruits.

A bipartisan group of 46 lawmakers is calling on Speaker Paul Ryan to revive the debate over a new authorization for the use of military force (AUMF) in the Middle East.

Need updated AUMF for U.S. military operations against the Islamic State and any possible future operations.  They pointed out that the U.S. has relied on an outdated AUMF to fight ISIS.

Trump's decision to launch missile strikes against Al-Assad's regime should have Congress' approval ahead.

The policy that was adopted by Obama and his side kick, letting the vicious neighbors dismantle a country like Syria has been immoral, and unconscionable.    
We all seen the terrible outcome and that is only the beginning.     Just a thought.

About 610,000 people die of heart disease in the United States every year. Heart disease is the leading cause of death for both men and women. 

Heart disease is more deadly than all forms of cancer combined. 
Plaque buildup thickens and stiffens artery walls, which can inhibit blood flow through your arteries.  

Choose foods low in saturated fat, trans fat, and sodium.  As part of a healthy diet, eat plenty of fruits and vegetables, fiber-rich whole grains, fish (preferably oily fish-at least twice per week), nuts, legumes and seeds and try eating some meals without meat.  Select lower fat dairy products and poultry (skinless).  Limit sugar-sweetened beverages and red meat. If you choose to eat meat, select the leanest cuts available.


Be physically active.  You can slowly work up to at least 2½ hours (150 minutes) of moderate-intensity aerobic physical activity every week.   You also need muscle-strengthening activities.
Save your life.  Just a thought.
