Your Issue...
The so-called medical care index, maintained by the Bureau of Labor Statistics, rose 0.7 percent in April, "its largest increase since January 2007," . The overall Consumer Price Index, of which medical care is one of eight components, grew just 0.1 percent for the month.
The projected 6.5% increase in healthcare inflation in 2016 is almost half the cost growth of 11.9% in 2007, when PwC first started making its annual projections. The bad news is that 6.5% cost growth is wildly outpacing wage growth and is unsustainable over the long run in a country that already spends close to 18% of its gross domestic product on healthcare.
The overall rate of inflation in the larger economy over the past year was 0%.
The Social Security incremental increases depend solely on the overall rate of Inflation which is 0%. Thus it will stay the same for this year. While the Doctors, the Hospitals, the Diagnostics, and the Medications are racing higher and higher.

Woo...!
The death of a Texas mother whose body was found in her SUV with her hungry, thirsty children alive beside her has been ruled a suicide. Thi Woo died of a self-inflicted overdose.
Her SUV parked in a Target store parking lot in the Dallas suburb of McKinney. The woman and children had been missing for three days. The children ages 1, 3 and 5.
The husband believed he needed to wait 24 hours until he file the report!!
Before the discovery, Brandon Woo told CBS there were no family problems and he couldn't think of anything that would have prompted her to leave.
"She's a loving mother, a great wife. She's the most stable person you could ever meet," Brandon Woo said.
She is carrying one child, the older is clinging tight to her and the third is not far...
No mother would leave her three, very young children, like that unless there is something else going on. So what is missing??????? Just a thought

Diversity.... Now
.
Public opinion on marijuana has risen dramatically over the last couple of decades. In the mid-1990s, only 25% of Americans thought pot should be legal, [Gallup]. Today, it's around 58%.
That's a fast change in opinion. As of 1996, 27% of Americans thought same-sex marriages should be recognized the same as different-sex marriages. Today, it's 60%.
A few trends have helped boost Americans' opinions: rising acceptance of medical uses for marijuana, concerns about racial disparities in arrests and concerns over prison sentences for non-violent drug offenders.
A new report from Colorado found that arrests for marijuana dropped, less utilization of the police Forces, the Court System, the Correction facilities, and increase tax revenue. However marijuana-related visits to hospitals and calls to poison control centers went up.
Yet, less people in jail, patients allowed to use the medicine, the good is so far better when legalized. Just a thought.

Presidential..!!
Ten months after announcing his improbable presidential candidacy at the midtown building that bears his name, Donald Trump returned to celebrate Tuesday's crushing primary win in a lobby packed with family members, fellow billionaires, and a crowd of cheering well wishers.
"I want to just thank everybody," Trump gushed. "I have great, great admiration and praise for the city of New York and the state of New York. I can think of nowhere that I would rather have this victory."
A lot had changed since that June day when Trump descended down the lobby's gold escalator to become the Republican front-runner. The question now is how much Trump needs to change before he can complete his journey.
Looking to professionalize his campaign, Trump has empowered Paul Manafort, an old school Republican operative with a list of ethically dubious lobbying clients.
The Republican voters have no option now but to vote or not to vote for Trump... Thus I expect Trump to gain more votes than previously expected. Now it is all math. Just a thought.

Fake ....
A Texas pastor who claimed a cake he bought from Whole Foods in Austin had a homophobic slur written on it is now facing legal action of his own from the supermarket giant.
The attorneys for Pastor Jordan Brown said he ordered a cake from a Whole Foods store with the personalized message "Love Wins," but when he received it, the cake said "Love Wins F**."
But Whole Foods is disputing his claim.
Whole Food say his accusations are fraudulent, and they intend to take legal action against Brown and his attorney. "Our bakery team member wrote 'Love Wins' at the top of the cake, which was visible to Mr. Brown through the clear portion of the packaging," Whole Foods said in a statement. "
Whole Foods also released the security footage of Brown checking out of the store, they say further backing their position.
However, in a YouTube video, Pastor Brown had claimed the cake contained a homophobic slur. He said didn't realize what it said until he got into his vehicle.
According to his attorney, the Pastor is an openly gay African-American man, and founder of the Church of Open Doors, a non-denominational, Christian-based church.

The Company....
Former U.S. House Speaker Dennis Hastert, convicted last year of a financial crime in a hush-money case, had agreed to pay $3.5 million to buy the silence of an individual who he sexually abused when the victim was a teenager, federal prosecutors said.
He admitted to paying $1.7 million in cash to someone he had known for decades to buy that person's silence and compensate for past misconduct toward that individual.
Hastert faces a maximum penalty of five years in prison when sentenced later this month for his guilty plea in October to a federal charge of "structuring" - evading bank reporting rules by withdrawing large amounts of cash in small increments.
This era's problems would not end at all. Just a thought.

The Swing
The Tea Party movement have called for a reduction of the U.S. national debt and federal budget deficit by reducing government spending on Medicaid and Medicare, but not the Military, and for lower taxes on corporation.[after Bush's$12 Trillion Debt].
The movement opposes government-sponsored universal healthcare.
The first significant break between Ryan and the tea party came at the beginning of 2014, when he collaborated with Senator Patty Murray, the Democratic chair of the Senate Budget Committee.
Today, Trump’s message doesn’t talk about how evil the capital gains tax is or how awesome privatized social security will be. It’s one that emphasizes restoring national greatness through trade protectionism, entitlement safeguarding and immigration restriction
The Tea party never really had a coherent ideology outside of opposition to Obama’s policies.
The day after Palin endorsed Trump, Rush Limbaugh made a rather stunning admission on his radio show: “Nationalism and populism have overtaken conservatism in terms of appeal.” For a man who’s built his career on conservatism, that’s a pretty big statement to make.
A big swing is happening on the Republican Party which may pave the way for a Democratic President. But the Democrats have their violent swing as well. The outcome will be better for the people of USA. Just a thought.
One Loophole....
The Treasury Department introduced a regulation that would negate the tax benefits of Pfizer's acquisition of Allergan. Shares in Allergan opened down more than 15 percent on Tuesday, after the U.S. Treasury Department proposed new tax regulations that could kill its $160 billion agreement to be bought by Pfizer.
Pfizer's deal to buy Dublin-based Allergan was conceived under rules that would have allowed the company to move its headquarters to Ireland and lower its tax rate.
Tax inversion is a term for the relocation of a corporation's legal domicile to a lower-tax nation, or corporate haven, usually while retaining its material operations in its higher-tax country of origin.
Tax inversions are a form of tax avoidance, whereby corporations and individuals arrange their affairs to legally reduce their tax obligations. U.S. Internal Revenue Code imposes income tax on the profits of American corporations' foreign subsidiaries. This creates a strong incentive for American companies with large overseas markets to seek to re-characterize themselves as a foreign corporation.
Lack of competition with Canada, Prevent individual from importing their own medication, Allowing fake internet pharmacies which scam the consumer, free to price their medication 5000% higher than what it was a week ago and you get Monopoly.
How much did Pfizer paid in taxes the past five years? Just a thought.
