Abrams..

Mediaite founder Dan Abrams expressed shock at the lack of media coverage of a shocking fraud investigation into New York Attorney General Letitia James , who famously prosecuted President Donald Trump for alleged fraud.

During his show on Friday on SiriusXM’s POTUS channel, Abrams laid out the startling accusations against James from the Federal Housing Finance Agency, including mortgage fraud and falsifying documents concerning two properties owned by New York’s top prosecutor in Norfolk, Virginia, and Brooklyn, New York.

In Norfolk, James is accused of falsifying residence status to get a better mortgage rate.

And in Brooklyn, she’s been accused of buying a five-family property with a loan only available for units of four or less, and misrepresented the property as such.

DOGE..

Some Democrats worry that Elon Musk may be pushed out of government before they can target him in the midterm attack ads, according to a report.

Musk’s time as the Trump administration’s special government employee is coming to an end in May or early June, but many expect the White House to extend the role or find another way to keep him in a front-line position.

“As long as he’s there using a chainsaw to all the programs that people back home rely on and need to make ends meet, of course we’re going to make him a central character,” Rep. Lori Trahan of Massachusetts, the co-chair of the House Democrats' messaging committee, told the outlet.  Just a thought.

Split..

Barack and Michelle Obama have reportedly been living separate lives for months, quietly working through the details of what sources describe as a private split.

The former president and first lady have reportedly already divided their assets — a reported $70 million fortune — and are expected to go public with their separation later this year.

The news follows claims that tensions had developed in their marriage post-2024 election cycle. When Joe Biden dropped out of the presidential race in July, sources say the relationship between the Obamas — who had previously portrayed a united front — became "venomous." According to reports, Barack, 63, hoped that Michelle, 61, would pick up the Democratic banner but was left frustrated when she did not.

The rift became worse, according to insiders, after Barack supported Kamala Harris over Joe Biden during the 2020 election, something Michelle allegedly refused.

"He raged at her that she was handing Trump and the Republicans the election," one insider said, adding, "She's simply had it with politics. Nothing would have made her run."

Slanting..

CNN anchor Dana Bash interrupted live coverage of President Trump’s Oval Office appearance Monday to push back against his claims that journalists at the Warner Bros. Discovery-owned network “hate our country.”
“I just want to say for the record, since we heard President Trump say in the Oval Office that CNN hates our country — CNN does not hate our country,” Bash told viewers after Trump made the remark.
Trump interjected only to claim, “CNN is totally slanting because they don’t know what’s happening. That’s why nobody’s watching them.”

Axed..

Former MSNBC host Joy Reid has revealed a new career path just two months after stepping down from her news debate show.

Concerned .

NATO is concerned that the Kremlin could unleash a new weapon against the world, causing "worldwide blackouts" by sabotaging undersea cables with its "shadow fleet".
Executives from companies such as Vodafone, Orange, and Telefonica have penned an open letter to the UK, EU, and NATO, warning that Russia could easily destroy or disrupt the "defenseless" cables following a series of attacks.
In their letter, they stated: "The repercussions of damage to subsea cables extend far beyond Europe, potentially affecting global internet and power infrastructure, international communications, financial transactions and critical services worldwide."
Comment:
NATO has taken many steps against Russia including sanctions and freeze their assets and money in European banks sabotaging the Russian economy.
So what do you expect? Just a thought.
