Competence..

Funds..

Five Americans jailed for years in Iran and widely regarded as hostages are on their way home to the United States.
The last pieces in a controversial swap mediated by Qatar fell into place when $6bn (£4.8bn) of Iranian funds held in South Korea reached banks in Doha.
It triggered the departure of the four men and one woman in Tehran, who are also Iranian citizens, on a chartered flight to Qatar's capital.
The US has said its citizens were imprisoned on baseless charges for political leverage.
Five Iranians imprisoned in US jails, mainly on charges of violating US sanctions, are also being granted clemency as part of this swap.
S. Korea released 6 billion Dollars of Iran's own money and Iran released five possibly dual citizenship individuals.  Just a thought.

Blame..

Yawn..

Bro....

As the BBC's Paul Adams in Kyiv has reported, there has been a narrative developing in some circles in recent weeks that Washington is frustrated with the slow pace of Ukraine's offensive.

Since June, Ukraine's territorial gains in the counter-offensive have been very small.

The lack of any major change to the battlefield has increased pressure on Ukraine to justify its need for help, analysts say, and has made it harder for it to convince western backers to continue the stream of supplies.

US  Secretary of State Antony Blinken visited Ukraine last week to announce  $1bn (£800bn). The aid includes depleted uranium tank shells, which the US had previously said would not be sent to Ukraine.

Chili's..

Beans are a beloved pantry staple across the globe because they're affordable, filling and brimming with vitamins, minerals and phytochemicals.

From a hearty pot full of Kickin' Hot Chili to Roasted Garlic Hummus dip with veggies, beans are a versatile ingredient for endless dish ideas. But despite their many uses and healthy reputation, many people may steer clear of beans due to fears of gas, digestive upset.

Eating beans offers an impressive combo of nutrients and health benefits. According to a 2021 article published in Nutrients, beans have protein, fiber, complex carbohydrates, vitamins, minerals and resistant starch. Additionally, beans are a major source of antioxidants, thanks to their phytochemicals and polyphenols—compounds in many plant foods that provide protective antioxidants that may improve blood sugar levels, enhance blood pressure and lower cardiovascular disease risk.

Help..

Speaking in Warsaw, Poland, President Biden said of Russian President Vladimir Putin: "For God's sake, this man cannot remain in power.

We'll hold accountable those who are responsible for this war. And we will seek justice for the war crimes and crimes against humanity continuing to be committed by the Russians.

Since the war began, the Biden administration directed more than $73 billion in assistance to Ukraine for military support, according to the Kiel Institute for the World Economy, a German research institute.

The U.S. government has provided more than $2.6 billion in humanitarian assistance to help people affected by the Ukraine's war.

What the US is trying to do with the conflict, is not echoed positively with other Major Countries, Only the G7 agreed with the USA regarding the support of the Ukraine.

In the same time, not having the Natural gas from Russia [Sanctions] have caused major issues in the EU as inflated prices were the only available sources as a result.

Diet..

When it comes to building a lifestyle that reduces cancer risk, researchers recommend making plant-based foods the centerpiece of meals.

“Embracing a diet rich in fruits, vegetables, whole grains, legumes, nuts and seeds,”

“These foods are packed with essential vitamins, minerals, fiber, and antioxidants that have been linked to a reduced risk of various types of cancer.”

Making these dietary changes can have a positive and lasting impact on your long-term health.

Dr. Amber Orman, a radiation oncologist and board-certified lifestyle medicine specialist for Advent Health in Orlando, Florida, believes that up to 40% of all cancers could be prevented with a “plant-predominant diet combined with other aspects of lifestyle, specifically physical activity, avoiding tobacco and alcohol, and maintaining a healthy body weight.
