Less Salt...*
Sodium plays a key role in balancing the levels of fluid in our bodies by signaling to the kidneys when to retain water and when to get rid of it. A high-sodium diet can interfere with this delicate process and reduce kidney function. Less water removed, may lead to higher blood pressure. Excess strain on the kidneys can lead to kidney disease or exacerbate kidney problems.
This will lead to many serious conditions, such as stroke and heart failure. Although blood pressure increases naturally with age, reducing your salt intake can help prevent your blood pressure from increasing too much.
About 75 percent of the sodium we consume comes not from the salt shaker, but rather in processed and restaurant food. The brain responds to sodium similar to other substances such as heroin, cocaine, and nicotine.
Canadian study on 1,200 older sedentary adults with normal brain function found that over the course of three years, high-sodium diets were linked to increased risk of cognitive decline. This result was “independent of hypertension and global diet quality”
Excessive salt in the diet can cause swelling in the hands, arms, ankles, legs, and feet, caused by fluid retention. Look for the labels of any product and steer away of the high salt content. Just a thought.

Leg Up...*
The makers of Cialis want to sell a version of the popular erectile dysfunction drug over the counter. They expect to launch the OTC version on 2018.
The move is an effort to get a leg up on the competition from other Generic companies after it loses patent protection in 2017.
A large unmet demand exists for over-the-counter Cialis because many men suffering don’t feel comfortable talking to a doctor about the problem [company's position].
Lilly choose to partner with Sanofi due to their experience in gaining approval for over-the-counter versions of other drugs.
Marketing, selling, promoting, and in the process, blog the competition is just a process of renew the cash collection process.
First is the Brand prescription form and as the patent ending, now a new marketing program to block the generic. All in all, the customer[patient] are taken for a ride.
The system needs repair. If you have ED, that would not be the only thing you have. Your Heart [clinically] may be in the wrong place.
Just a [Hearty] thought.

Mental...*
Mental illness cannot be blamed for terror attacks, experts say. The overwhelming majority of people with mental illness never turn violent. But mental health disorders may make some people more susceptible to extremist ideology, and in rare cases that ideology can lead to horrific acts.
"Terrorist acts are not caused by mental illness but mental illness can provide a background that's receptive to terrorist activity," said Dr. Raj Persaud, a psychiatrist and professor at London's Gresham College. ".
There's a higher rate of mental health issues among "lone wolf attackers" as opposed to people involved in a terrorist network.
"The driver in Nice is better thought of as a spree killer than a terrorist," French prosecutor said that searches of the computer showed he had a clear, recent interest in "radical jihadism" and that he had recently conducted internet searches for Islamic propaganda chants.
Persaud said "No personality disorder will cause somebody to turn into a terrorist, But these extremist ideologies can suddenly begin to make sense to someone who is deeply disturbed and (may) rationalize all of their anger." Just a thought
Minority...
Syrian President Bashar Assad (right) visits the Christian village of Maaloula, near Damascus on Sunday. Assad's forces have been gaining the upper hand in the fighting, and the CIA is now increasing training and aid to Syrian rebels |
An airstrike killed eight family members, five of them children, as they fled fighting between U.S.-allied Syrian forces and Islamic State militants, according to local activists, who said the strike appeared to have been launched by the U.S.-led coalition.
Al-Qaida's leader urged his followers and other militants in Syria to unite and prepare for protracted jihad, or holy war, against what he called an "international satanic alliance," apparently referring to the Syrian government, its ally Russia, and the U.S., all of which are targeting the group.
The US.-backed Syrian Democratic Forces, which also include Arab fighters, are trying to expel IS from Tabqa and also help the rebels fight the Assad.
With the support from the CIA to various rebels-terrorists in Syria, what happened to the minority in Syria? Do we care?
No Guilt...*
Some tend to have enormous egos, an incredible sense of entitlement and an overinflated sense of self-worth and importance. They are arrogant, cocky, have an opinion on everything and are always right.
They have incredible confidence but often without the competence. They typically have lots of grandiose plans for the future.
In their role as guru, they often claim to have magic powers, or to be able to do things that other people cannot. This enhances their prestige among their followers.
Total lack of guilt or remorse regardless of the effect of their actions on others. People are simply objects, things to be used.
Unable to understand what other people are feeling or experiencing. They don't know what it's like to be in somebody else's shoes.
"I lie like I breathe, one as much as the other" But when they are caught out in a lie, they simply carry on. Remember, no guilt or remorse!
A Psychopath may be closer than you think. Just a thought.
