Conspiracy...

In charges unsealed recently, prosecutors allege former Heritage CEO and former President conspired with competitors to fix prices and allocate customers for the antibiotic doxycycline hyclate and glyburide, used to treat diabetes.

The company, based in Eatontown, N.J., said it fired the executives and is fully cooperating with the Justice Department. Heritage also said it recently filed its own civil lawsuit against the men “to seek redress for an elaborate embezzlement and self-dealing scheme.

The doxycycline hyclate price-fixing took place from as early as April 2013 until at least December 2015, prosecutors allege, and the glyburide conspiracy from as early as April 2014 until at least December 2015.

“At a time when one out of five Americans cannot afford the medication they need, we must do everything we can to end the greed and illegal behavior of the drugmakers,” Bernie Sanders.

To change this criminal behavior, change the law that gives them the upper hand in pricing.. Don't look far, look at Canada.   Just a thought.

Diet... *!

A study published in the journal Pediatrics concludes that eating lots of fiber-rich foods during high school years may significantly reduce a woman's risk of developing breast cancer.

Women who consumed high levels of fiber (28 grams per day, on average) had a 24 percent lower risk of developing breast cancer before menopause, compared with women who ate low levels of fiber.

Fiber can prevent constipation and keep the bowel moving by making stools bulkier and absorbing water. Dietary fiber can protect against colorectal cancer and may lower the risks of diabetes and heart disease and helps with weight management.
 .
"Dietary fibers may reduce circulating estrogen levels." And this may help explain the reduced risk of breast cancer. The authors point to other possible explanations, high-fiber diets may reduce the risk of breast cancer by improving insulin sensitivity, since fiber can slow down the absorption of sugars and help keep blood sugar levels more stable.

Maryam Farvid, a fellow at the Harvard School of Public Health who is lead author of the study, says the influence of fiber on cancer risk may be time-sensitive. Adolescence is "a period when breast cancer risk factors appear to be particularly important," she says.

People's dietary habits don't really change a lot. ... In general, what you eat as a teenager is really formative as to what you eat later in life." Fiber can help you lose weight.

Humility...*

Image is not related

We are all more obsessed with our appearance than we like to admit. But this is not an indication of 'vanity'.  Concern about appearance is quite normal and understandable.

The real problem with insecurities isn’t that you think you’re short / overweight / big ears / virgin. The reason your insecurities limit your life is because of what you think other people think of You.

German psychoanalyst Eric Fromm said, The task we must set for ourselves is not to feel secure, but to be able to tolerate insecurity. Every likable person has periods of sheer insecurity.

Insecurity, vulnerability of spirit, is essentially humility, which is a divine quality. In fact, since pride is considered to be the origin of sin, humility would be the greatest spiritual virtue. With insecurity, we admit that it’s not all about us, and that philosophy of self centeredness is quite lovely.

There are always two realities running parallel to each other at any given time: the one outside your mind and the one within. Sometimes taking a step back is all you need to see that whatever you're concocting in your mind has very little to do with reality. Instead, it's just your fears and anxieties taking hold of you. When you're feeling anxious, remember: is this reality or is this just my made-up reality?

People only let you see what they want you to see. Behind those drawn curtains is something much less enviable. No one is as they seem, and there's no reason to measure your lot up to anyone else's.        But what you do and how to react towards others based on your own insecurity is something else.                              Just a thought.

Melancholy...

A man stormed a pizza restaurant in the nation's capital and fired an assault weapon.  He tried to "self-investigate" an internet conspiracy theory.
He also sought to recruit others in what he called a raid that could involve killing people, court documents released.

Welch, 28,  in jail since the shooting at Comet Ping Pong, which has been targeted of false rumors as a site of a child sex trafficking ring run by prominent Democrats.

Welch "surrendered peacefully when he found no evidence that underage children were being harbored in the restaurant," court documents have said.

His parents said he shifted from energetic and outgoing to melancholy and quiet after he hit a 13-year-old pedestrian with his car in October. He began having nightmares......

Edgar Welch's parents described him as loving, responsible, an affectionate father to two young girls, and so religious that he has two Bible verses, Isaiah 40:30-31, tattooed across his back. After Haiti's devastating 2010 earthquake, he spent weeks there building houses with a church. Scary at every level.        Just a thought.

Fake Mistress...?*

Two principles of California law...... , a spouse can't give away community property without the written consent of the other spouse. And anything a spouse earns while he is living "separate and apart from the other spouse" is the spouse's separate property, not community property, and he is free to do what he wants with it.
The key finding that Judge Richard Fruin
was that Shelly and Donald Sterling weren't living "separate and apart" while Mr. Sterling was funding an expensive lifestyle to which Ms. Stiviano became accustomed.

The couple was even at one point "estranged". But they "continued to live together, to travel together, to hold parties together and to celebrate birthdays and anniversaries together." There also was evidence of "birthday and anniversary cards that contain hand-written love notes from Donald Sterling to his wife."

By contrast, Ms. Viviano denied under oath that she and Mr. Sterling were ever in a romance or had sex. Instead, she testified that Mr. Sterling was a father figure and a lover, whatever that means
The judge found the evidence was "overwhelming" that Mr. Sterling funded the purchase of the home.  "she had no money and that she did not contribute money."

And in a nice "live by the tape, die by the tape" twist, a taped telephone conversation between Ms. Stiviano and Mr. Sterling in which Ms. Stiviano was heard telling Mr. Sterling: "I want Shelly to know you bought me the house.

Without Ms. Stiviano being the lover of Mr. Sterling she insisted she never was, it was going to be tough for her to establish that Mr. and Mrs. Sterling were living separate lives when he bought her all those gifts.  Then the prizes that Ms. Stiviano got from Mr. Sterling, weren't hers to keep. That left her with not much to show for.       Just a thought.

You'r Fired...*

Image result for Media's failed prediction on Trump

Now we elected a new president. We listened to the Media for months bouncing back and forth. Giving hopes to some, destroying others, scaring many, twist and untwist stories back and forth.

Filling the air with mediocrity and filling the pockets of few with millions. For the Media it is "Black Friday" or infrequent Christmas sale. Billions of dollars rerouted.

Then they Failed... failed and failed.

Usually, the teacher will tell the parents, your kid has no future in this business. Take him/her to a trade school or .....

But not with the Media. They just continue as if nothing happened an hour ago. Hillary is the next president.....  heard from all....

This is a scam man. They should have heard the famous Trump words...... "Your Fired".
Ironic huh.
