The United Nations’ highest court on Monday wrapped up historic proceedings into the legality of Israel’s 57-year occupation of lands sought by Palestinians for a future state, with most voices at the hearing arguing against the Israeli government.

Sweep..
Donald Trump won South Carolina’s Republican primary on Saturday, easily beating former U.N. Ambassador Nikki Haley in her home state and further consolidating his path to a third straight GOP nomination.
Trump has now swept every contest that counted for Republican delegates, adding to previous wins in Iowa, New Hampshire, Nevada and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Haley is facing growing pressure to leave the race but says she’s not going anywhere despite losing the state where she was governor from 2011 to 2017.
A 2020 rematch between Trump and President Joe Biden is becoming increasingly inevitable. Haley has vowed to stay in the race through at least the batch of primaries on March 5, known as Super Tuesday, but was unable to dent Trump’s momentum in her home state despite holding far more campaign events and arguing that the indictments against Trump will hamstring him against Biden... Peace..
Not only that, but some hostages died and some got killed by the Israel forces "accidentally."
Israel choose not to have cease fire to get back the hostages since Hamas asked for the release of many Palestinians in Israel Prisons and more humanitarian supply to reach Gaza.
Illegitimate..
The Biden administration on Friday restored a U.S. legal finding dating back nearly 50 years that Israeli settlements in the occupied Palestinian territories are “illegitimate” under international law.
ACS..
People who have had a heart attack should immediately be offered a combination of cholesterol lowering drugs with statins and another cholesterol medication, new research suggests.
The study found that people with acute coronary syndrome (ACS) – which includes those who have experienced a heart attack or unstable angina – were 47% less likely to die within three years if they started taking a high dose statin and ezetimibe straight away, compared to just the high dose statin.
This study shows that if we act quickly and decisively to lower patients’ cholesterol with this combination of treatments, we can drastically reduce the risk of death.
The research was led by Maciej Banach, Professor of Cardiology at the Medical University of Lodz, Poland, and Adjunct Professor at the Ciccarone Centre for the Prevention of Cardiovascular Disease, Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine, USA.

Broken..
The Russian military has broken the stalemate in the Ukraine war, Robert Gates, former CIA director and secretary of Defense, said Wednesday, following Moscow’s successful push to take the front-line city of Avdiivka.
“It’s no longer a stalemate. The Russians have regained momentum,” Gates told The Washington Post in a streaming interview. “Everything I’m reading is that the Russians are on the offensive along the 600-mile front.”
Ukraine now is confronting artillery shortages due to flagging U.S. support, “the Russians are feeling that the tides have turned.
Russian officials announced Monday that its forces finalized their capture of the key Ukrainian city of Avdiivka after taking full control of the city’s large coke plant. The costly operation marked Russia’s first major victory in months, and its most significant gain since taking nearby Bakhmut last spring. Just a thought.

Don't..
Opinion:
The Democratic party is not that much interested in Biden, it is interested in Power. Biden's performance was just war, sanctions, inflation and more sanctions which impacted the world. Covid, South Border, welfare of the people are out of the window. That is all replaced by the fear of Losing Democracy in this country. As if he is the one Democracy protector. Then we go into promoting war, for National Security, The war inUkraine, the war in Yemen, Syria, abd the Afghanistan horrible withdrawal, etc.
So what to do now to keep the power? Let us watch carefully. Just a thought.
The Reaper..
The Houthi rebels shot down an American MQ-9 Reaper drone off the coast of Yemen on Monday, two US officials confirmed to Business Insider.
A Pentagon spokesperson said the rebels used a surface-to-air missile to take down the drone, which has not yet been recovered by the US.
The incident comes less than three months after the Houthis shot down an American Reaper drone [a 30 million dollar cost] off the coast of Yemen. The rebels also successfully downed an MQ-9 with a surface-to-air missile in June 2019
t's been a rough year for the Reaper. Over the past 12 months, Russian fighter jets have harassed and clipped the drones in Europe and the Middle East, breaking some of them and even causing others to crash — drawing frustration from the Pentagon.
Do we have a reason to bomb this poorest country in the world?

Call Hamas for what it is, and it is a terrorist organization that must be stopped. No one should live with that threat, that specter, over them," Hochul said. "Those who don’t understand this dynamic here in our own state in our own country.
Hochul went on to say “If Canada someday ever attacked Buffalo, I’m sorry, my friends, there would be no Canada the next day,” Hochul said.
Hochul missed to indicate that Israel is occupying Gaza, the West Bank and the Golan Hights for 70 years. Israel treat the Palestinians as third-class citizens with no prospect future for their kids... Just a thought.
Hur..
Hur’s report, released earlier this month, found that Biden, over the course of two-day interview with the special counsel, “did not remember when he was vice president, forgetting on the first day of the interview when his term ended (‘if it was 2013 — when did I stop being Vice President?’), and forgetting on the second day of the interview when his term began (‘in 2009, am I still Vice President?’).”
“He did not remember, even within several years, when his son Beau died [May 2015]. And his memory appeared hazy when describing the Afghanistan debate that was once so important to him,” the report states. “Among other things, he mistakenly said he ‘had a real difference’ of opinion with General Karl Eikenberry, when, in fact, Eikenberry was an ally whom Mr. Biden cited approvingly in his Thanksgiving [2009] memo to President Obama.
White House spokesman Ian Sams argued that journalists were misrepresenting the report’s conclusions but didn’t address on Hur’s assessment of Biden’s perceived cognitive decline. Just a thought.

Amadea..
The US government asked a judge for permission to sell a $300 million Russian superyacht seized in 2022 — citing the fact that it’s been costing taxpayers $600,000 a month to maintain.
The hefty monthly tab includes $360,000 in payments to the 348-foot vessel’s crew, plus $75,000 for fuel and $165,000 in other maintenance, like waste removal and food, according to court papers filed by the US in Manhattan on Friday obtained by Bloomberg.
The superyacht, called Amadea, reportedly belongs to Russian billionaire Suleiman Kerimov, an alleged money launderer sanctioned by the US in 2018 as one of several oligarchs who profited from the Kremlin “through corruption and its malign activities around the globe, including the occupation of Crimea,” according to the Justice Department.
Kerimov, 57, is worth $9.1 billion, according to Bloomberg’s calculations, which he built making hefty bets on Russian companies across a variety of industries after the fall of the Soviet Union, the outlet reported.

According to the Massachusetts Department of Justice, Rambhai Patel, 36, and Balwinder Singh, 39, were indicted on one count each of conspiracy to commit visa fraud. The clerks and/or owners would then wait five or more minutes until the “robber” had escaped before calling police to report the “crime.” The “victims” are alleged to have each paid Patel to participate in the scheme. One purported victim allegedly paid $20,000 to participate as a victim in one of the staged armed robberies. In turn, Patel allegedly paid the store owners for the use of their stores for the staged robbery.
It is alleged that at least two purported victim co-conspirators submitted U Visa applications based on being victims of the staged armed robberies. alleged that at least two purported victim co-conspirators submitted U Visa applications based on being victims of the staged armed robberies

The Swing..
Confidence..
Legendary political strategist James Carville argued Saturday that the White House has little confidence in President Biden after he turned down a Super Bowl Sunday interview.
Biden recently declined to take part in the Super Bowl Sunday interview for the second year in a row. The interview is a tradition that began in 2009 with President Obama.
The interview is generally seen as a way for the president to connect with a massive audience that doesn't usually tune into political conferences. Last year, the Super Bowl between the Kansas City Chiefs and Philadelphia Eagles saw 115 million viewers.
"It’s the biggest television audience, not even close, and you get a chance to do a 20-, 25-minute interview on that day," Carville began.
"And you don’t do it? That’s a kind of sign that the staff or yourself doesn’t have much confidence in you," Carville continued. "There’s no other way to read this."

War..
The Israeli Militants manage to do What exactly?
*- Killed 25,000 Palestinians presumed to be Muslim and the Muslim world is not happy with it.
*- Asked a Million Palestinians to move south, while there is no transportation available. In the mean-time the Israeli military cut off fuel.
*The Israeli forces asked a million Palestinians to move back north to avoid indiscriminate bombing.
*- Then bomb the territories with dumb bombs constantly
* The Israeli authority which occupied Gaza in the past 60 years, cut off water, food and fuel to the Palestinians for many days.
*Out of the constant bombing by Israel, most of Gaza became rubble.
Many called for Cease fire, stop killing and get hostages back, but the Israeli don't want to give up some Palestinians in Israel prison, So much desire for war and revenge.
Just a thought.

Polls .
With all these problems happening with Biden's service or lack thereof, one would think he is going to announce he is not running for 2024 Presidential run.
Ultimate Goal
The UN chief said on Monday that in the current conflict between Israeli forces and Palestinian militants in Gaza, the world is witnessing an "unparalleled and unprecedented" level of civilian death, compared to any other conflict since he became Secretary-General in 2017
Secretary-General António Guterres said that in all the reports issued during his tenure, on children in conflict, it was clear that the current war in Gaza has seen thousands of child deaths - compared with hundreds, in conflicts in Yemen and Syria.
He said that “what is clear is that we have had in a few weeks thousands of children killed.”

RICO
Nathan Wade, the special prosecutor hired by District Attorney Fani Willis to aid in her election interference prosecution of former President Donald Trump, reportedly billed the Fulton County District Attorney's office $4,000 for meeting with White House officials, the New York Post reported.
Wade, the Atlanta-based private attorney the Georgia State House Speaker has accused of having an inappropriate relationship with Willis, attended the meeting after he was tapped for the role in 2022, court documents reviewed by the New York Post.
Wade reportedly attended two meetings: one in Georgia and the other at the White House. On Nov. 18, 2022, he reportedly submitted a $2,000 invoice for an “interview with DC/White House.” The topics discussed at the meetings, according to the New York Post, are currently unclear.
The New York Post reported that both interview took place long before Willis filed an indictment against Trump and his 18 co-conspirators where she charged them with racketeering under Georgia’s Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) Act.
Nikki..
Nikki Haley was swamped in Nevada’s symbolic Republican presidential primary as GOP voters resoundingly picked the “none of these candidates” option on the ballot in a repudiation of the former U.N. ambassador who is the last remaining major rival to front-runner Donald Trump.
They still amount to an embarrassment for Haley, who has sought to position herself as a candidate who can genuinely compete against Trump.
Instead, she became the first presidential candidate to lose a race to “none of these candidates” since that option was introduced in Nevada in 1975.
Haley had said beforehand she was going to “focus on the states that are fair” and did not campaign in the western state in the weeks leading up to the caucuses, spending time instead in her home state, South Carolina, before its Feb. 24 primary.
Her campaign wrote off the results with a reference to Nevada’s famous casino industry. Just a thought.

Flooding..
Billionaire X/Twitter owner Elon Musk claimed on Friday that President Joe Biden is trying to “get as many illegals in the country as possible” so he can create a “one-party state.”
Biden’s strategy is very simple:
1. Get as many illegals in the country as possible.
2. Legalize them to create a permanent majority – a one-party state.
That is why they are encouraging so much illegal immigration. Simple, yet effective.
Biden's Democracy at work. Just a thought.
