Occupied..
The detentions can range from a few months to years — and authorities often extend them for unknown reasons, according to Jessica Montell, the executive director of Hamoked, the rights group that published the figures.

Human..
The U.S. has made it clear to Israel [seven weeks after the war] that it expects the increased levels of humanitarian aid and fuel entering Gaza during the pause in fighting to continue even when the temporary ceasefire ends, two senior U.S. officials told reporters.
During the pause, which was extended by two days on Monday, there has been a significant increase in the number of aid trucks allowed to enter Gaza, including in the northern parts of the enclave. This increase has also included additional fuel and cooking gas.
The president is not talking about humanitarian assistance to the Palestinians, or the indiscriminate bombing that killed many civilians.
Israel shut down Water, food, and fuels to 2.5 million humans in Gaza.

Reverse..
UN delivery trucks crossing into the Gaza Strip from Egypt have carried food, water, fuel and other medical supplies to Palestinians facing life-threatening shortages of basic supplies as Israel shut down Water, food, fuel on citizens of Gaza.
The Biden adminitration has pledged $100 million in humanitarian assistance to the Palestinians amid the crisis.
Earlier reported,
Within hours of the horrific attack by Hamas, the U.S. began moving warships and aircraft to the region to be ready to provide Israel with whatever it needed to respond.
A second U.S. carrier strike group departs from Norfolk, Virginia. Scores of aircraft are heading to U.S. military bases around the Middle East. Special operations forces are now assisting Israel’s military in planning and intelligence. The first shipment of additional munitions has already arrived.
Comments
Pennies to feed each of two and a half million people displaced, poor, hungry, bombed with no hospitals, and hundred billions of our killing machines to fuel the random killing and destruction!!!
Is it time to reverse, more humanitarian and less killing machines? We may not have all this hate between humans.
Just a thought.

War-batterred
War-battered Gaza’s already fragile economy lies in ruins, much like its buildings, following more than a month of bombings by Israel after Hamas militants attacked the country in October.
Even before the war, a majority of Gazans had limited access to affordable, nutritious provisions and were deemed food insecure, according to the United Nations World Food Programme, but the situation has now turned dire. About 80% of Gaza residents were reliant on some sort of international aid before the latest escalation.
“Gaza’s economy is 100% dependent on two sources of revenue: foreign aid and access to Israel’s labor market. The latter is now gone, probably forever. The only thing remaining is foreign aid,” Marko Papic, partner and chief strategist at Clocktower Group, told CNBC via email.
As the USA and other western countries look the other directions while civilians, men, women, kids killed, and houses, hospitals are destroyed. Overall, the assistance of tens of billions of dollars goes to the war in Ukraine?
Macron..
In number of occasions Mr Macron listed the women, the babies, the old people in Gaza who, he said, had nothing to do with terror attacks, being killed in bombings by Israel.
He insisted there was no justification for that and the bombing campaigns must stop. Palestinian lives matter, he said, humanitarian law must be respected.
In stark contrast to Washington, which has ruled out the idea of a ceasefire for now, Mr Macron repeated over and again that to protect Gaza civilians a humanitarian ceasefire was needed.
He urged Israel to accept one and said he hoped other world leaders, including in the US and the UK, would make the same case.

Clean..
you want to solve the problem, then you have to take in the whole truth. And you then have to admit nobody's hands are clean. That all of us are complicit to some degree," Obama said on "Pod Save America" -- the podcast hosted by four of his former aides.
Obama said the Israeli "occupation" and "what's happening to Palestinians is unbearable."
"There are people right now who are dying who have nothing to do with what Hamas did," Obama said, making the distinction between Palestinians who live in Gaza and the militant group Hamas, which the U.S. has designated a terrorist organization. Just a thought.
Far..
Far-right, anti-immigrant populist Geert Wilders has won a surprise victory in the Dutch general election, sending a clear message to Brussels about the strength of feeling across Europe.
With most of the votes counted, Wilders' Freedom Party (PVV) is forecast to win 37 out of the 150 seats in parliament. That puts him well ahead of his nearest rival, a left-wing alliance led by former EU commissioner Frans Timmermans, which is likely to have won 25 seats.
The result has "shaken Dutch politics and it will send a shock across Europe too", said the BBC. The PVV's victory has come after Wilders said he would hold a binding referendum on Dutch membership of the European Union, as well as promises to halt all aid to Ukraine, and withdraw the Netherlands from global climate pacts.
Anguish..
"We have information that Hamas and the Palestinian Islamic Jihad use some hospitals in the Gaza Strip, including Al-Shifa, and tunnels underneath them to conceal and to support their military operations and to hold hostages," said National Security Council spokesperson John Kirby, speaking to reporters aboard Air Force One.
Truce..
- The truce between Israel and Hamas will begin Friday at 7 a.m. local time (midnight ET), with 13 civilian hostages to be released by Hamas hours later, Qatar announced. More will follow, with a total of 50 hostages freed over four days, while Palestinian prisoners are also released in waves.
- The initial group of freed hostages will include members of the same families released together, a Qatari official said.
- Israel's defense minister has vowed to continue the fight "forcefully" after the brief truce, saying he expects at least two more months of battle. Israel heavily bombarded sites in Gaza.
- Seven weeks of bombing Gaza civilians, causing death and destruction then comes peace with great results. When are these war hungry leaders learn?

De Son Vivont..
It’s not unusual to find non-professional actors breaking out at the Cannes Film Festival. But those who do, don’t often come with a medical degree.
In De Son Vivant (Peaceful), the new film from French director Emmanuelle Bercot, a man refuses to accept his terminal illness. The cancer specialist who handholds him through this torturous process is played by real-life oncologist Dr Gabriel Sara, a Lebanese-born medic who has lived in New York for the past 40 years.
Acting opposite established French stars Benoit Magimel, who plays Benjamin, “a failed actor” with incurable stage four pancreatic cancer, and Catherine Deneuve as his controlling mother Crystal, the good doctor more than holds his own, playing his role with humanity and honesty.
At the premiere on Saturday at the festival’s plush Lumiere theatre, the film's cast and crew received a standing ovation. “First of all, I didn’t feel it was for me,” Sara explains, modestly. “I felt all along that we were a family on this movie.”

Plan..
In August 2014, Moshe Feiglin, then-deputy speaker of the Israeli Knesset and member of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s ruling Likud Party, called for the destruction of Palestinian life in Gaza and offered a detailed plan for shipping Palestinians living in Gaza across the world. Specifically, he envisioned a scenario where the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) would find areas on the Sinai border to establish “tent encampments... until relevant emigration destinations are determined.” He further suggested that the IDF would then “exterminate nests of resistance, in the event that any should remain.”

The Cure..
Joe Biden gave Israel a clear green light to continue its military campaign in Gaza, and endorsed its claim that Hamas has been using the al-Shifa hospital as a command and control headquarters.
The raid on the al-Shifa hospital (Arabic word means the Cure) has not been seen in Israel and the American press as quite the slam-dunk moment.
The evidence produced so far, is at best ambiguous, and at worst underwhelming.
The Jerusalem Post analysis, broadly supported by New York Times investigations, asked how 2,000 Hamas fighters had evaporated. Another intelligence failure?
Comment:
After five weeks of the Israel bombing of Gaza and the massive death of civilians, are they winning the hearts of the Israelites, the Jewish people at large, the US, the Allies, the Islamic World the Arabic world and finally the Christian hearts.
Did the Cure become worse than the disease?
Welcome to the new values of Human Rights, Biden, Netanyahu's Combo.
Anti..
Gaza is becoming a "graveyard for children", U.N. Secretary General Antonio Guterres said on Monday, amplifying demands for a ceasefire in the enclave, where Palestinian health authorities said the death toll from Israeli strikes had exceeded 10,000.
America's Muslims are not happy with the killing in Gaza. The Muslim and Arabic world are not happy with the Bombing and killing of Palestinians in Gaza.
Christians in this country and around the world are not happy with the shutting down food, water and fuel on kids, women, elderly and civilians in Gaza.
Yet Biden and his administration's support to this action call it "A US National Security" is a beyond.......

Goal..
Just more than four weeks, Israel’s total siege and bombardment of the Gaza Strip killed more than 10,000 civilians, including some 4000 children, and caused global outrage.
People across the world, from the United Kingdom and France to Turkey and Indonesia, are regularly taking to the streets in large numbers to condemn Israel’s apparent war crimes.
Regrettably, these calls – including one from the UN secretary-general himself – appear to be falling on deaf ears. Israel is not only refusing to entertain the possibility of a ceasefire, but also continuing to target hospitals, mosques, churches, schools, UN-run facilities and other civilian infrastructure across the besieged Strip in direct violation of international humanitarian law.
Where are Israel going with this?

relentles,,
The extraordinary joint Islamic-Arab summit in Riyadh urged the International Criminal Court to investigate "war crimes and crimes against humanity that Israel is committing" in the Palestinian territories, according to a final communique.
It pointed out that Gaza and the Palestinian territories are “witnessing dangerous and unprecedented developments that require Arab and Islamic unity to confront them and contain their repercussions.”
Israel has launched relentless air and ground attacks on the Gaza Strip – including hospitals, residences, and houses of worship – since a cross-border attack by the Palestinian resistance group Hamas on Oct. 7.
At least 11,078 Palestinians have been killed, including 4,506 children and 3,027 women. The Israeli death toll, meanwhile, is around 1,200, according to official figures.
