Fear..

Fear is an important part of this coming election. It starts from the top to the bottom of the Democratic Party. The President... If you can't feed your family, gas prices are high.. it is Putin. 

Then this is not working for the election, a new strategy is needed. Fear from the Republicans taking over the senate or the Congress or both.

The Democrats have these two chambers and what did they do?  Covid, Inflation, south Borders, Crimes, stock Market, Retirement and recession here and in Europe. Nothing good here.

Democrats play on Fear of Trump, then Fear of the Republican Party and just fear of losing Democracy. Just focus on Fear of what to come and not what have lost already. Just a "Dishonest" thought.

The Democrats are trying to pretend to protect "Democracy" as if Democracy in the US is so fragile that only Biden can protect. 

Destruction of the economy, Dealing with Covid-19, Blocking energy production, Inflation of 9%, Recession, South Border Chaos, adding fuel to the fire in the Ukraine, but they want to change the failed story into something else, as the goal is to keep the power as the election is upon us.  

Just a "Dishonest" thought.

The main impact Russia’s war against Ukraine poses on the world economy is through higher prices for energy and weaker confidence in financial markets, bolstered by strong international sanctions against Russia. 

The two countries are important suppliers of certain commodities, including titanium, palladium, wheat and corn. The war’s impact on commodity prices and therefore household spending is more important than potential contagion through trade linkages with other nations. When it comes to inflation, there are different channels to consider.  

Food. One important channel of trade spillovers is agricultural exports. According to the US Department of Agriculture, Russian and Ukrainian wheat exports are about a quarter of the global total. 

In the UK, bread and cereals have a weight of 2.1% in the CPI. While flour prices move closely with wheat prices, this is less true for bread, where the cost of production, ingredients, packaging, and advertising mean that flour is a relatively small proportion of the cost of a loaf of bread.

Many are trying to find a reason for it, or better blame someone or something.

The Country is getting its money's worth from this administration. You single handedly did it.

Nord Stream 2 was shut down by President Biden. Key Stone Pipeline XL was cancelled by President Biden. Sanctions were placed on Russia by the G7 in order to place the Russian economy in trouble. Now the trouble is occurring in UK, Italy, Germany, US with recession expected in world economies.

Trade restrictions on the poor countries if they didn't do what the US wants them to do. It impacts poor people, sick patients, Childrens and elderly. The UN reports.

Our NIESR policy paper considers several channels expected to affect the global economy.  Trade restriction as the result of sanctions imposed on Russia.

Higher energy prices, 

Higher European public expenditure on refugees and defence.

Higher uncertainty and investment risks globally.

Higher exchange rate risk in Russia. 

The analysis was done in the very early stages of the conflict, which means the results are derived from the limited sanctions announced in the first few days of the war. 

Moreover, in the simulation there was a positive impact to Russian GDP from the increase in energy prices. There is significant risk of more material losses if energy and gas trade is restricted and other financial sanctions bite.

So the trouble in  UK could be created by the G7 response to the War of Ukraine.

This all started when House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy in an interview with Punchbowl News. Said  “I think people are gonna be sitting in a recession and they’re not going to write a blank check to Ukraine,” McCarthy said.

It’s true that many Republicans full-throatedly support the Ukrainian cause. A large majority of Republicans have so far voted for tens of billions of dollars in Ukraine aid. But 57 House Republicans voted against it. And a Democrat points out that a number of House GOP candidates  opposed more funding, too.      

The question here is; who are we helping with extending the war in Ukraine? 

Fueling the Ukraine war resulted in millions who fled the country,  destruction of a country of Ukraine, daily misery for those who stayed and  people in many other countries due to sanctions, higher prices, and economic unavailability of food.

Or we just giving free money to the defense industries? Just a "Blank Check" thought.

Sen. Bernie Sanders said Sunday he’s worried about turnout levels of young Democratic voters ahead of the November midterm elections.

The Vermont senator said, “I am worried about the level of voter turnout among young people and working people who will be voting Democratic.

Sanders continued to suggest that Democrats should frame their midterm approach around economic talking points — and not abortion — to drive turnout.

Sanders, who is chair of the Senate Budget Committee, backed President Joe Biden on opposing the elimination of the debt ceiling, projected to be a key issue should Republicans take back the House and Senate in November.  “You have to increase the debt ceiling,” Sanders said.

That spending brought inflation and disastrous economic problems that will poor people are paying for the high prices of food, energy etc. Just a thought.

At the start of the meeting in the Bavarian Alps, four of the Group of Seven rich nations moved to ban imports of Russian gold to tighten the sanctions squeeze on Moscow and cut off its means of financing.

A French presidency official said Paris would push for a price cap on oil and gas and was open to discussing a U.S. proposal.

The G7 leaders did agree on a pledge to raise $600 billion in private and public funds for developing countries to counter China's growing influence and soften the impact soaring food and energy prices.

G7 host German Chancellor Olaf Scholz invited Senegal, Argentina, Indonesia, India and South Africa as partner nations at the summit. Many countries of the global south are concerned about the collateral damage from Western sanctions on Russia.

Was that a bad planning from the G7 or a biblical fate "If you set a trap for others, you will get caught in it yourself. If you roll a boulder down on others, it will crush you instead?"

The Inflation in both countries started first at the United States when the secretary of treasury and the Federal Reserve Chair indicated that the inflation that we see is "Transitory." The secretary indicated that this inflation is caused by rise in gas prices.

Then the Liberal President wanted the G7- the free world, to follow his plan to add fuel to the fire in the Russ/Ukraine war. He also immediately cancelled the Pipeline Nord Stream 2.  With that, the flow of energy decreased greatly, and Europe fell for the Trap of three-fold prices of energy. With that recession is on its way.  Just a thought.

No longer. And China and Russia couldn’t be happier.

The humiliating resignation of British Prime Minister Liz Truss after just 45 days in power on Thursday was just the latest governing fiasco to rock the two great democracies on either side of the Atlantic.

Britain has reeled from crisis to crisis in recent years in a way that has left allies who once viewed the country as an exemplar of good governance baffled at its self-immolation.

People are elected to the higher office to improve people's lives, make tomorrow better than today. Not in this case. The various crisis occurring today is man's deliberate action of supporting the Russia/Ukraine war. Just a thought.
