Fake Outrage..

Sen. John Fetterman (D-PA) has urged the public to avoid extreme political labels, refusing to call opponents “Nazis” or compare them to Hitler. Fetterman has sought to position himself as an independent voice, repeatedly criticizing colleagues for heated rhetoric.
Fetterman stated, “I just can’t call people these kinds of extreme things.” He added, “For me, I just refuse to be a part of that fake outrage or to call those kinds of names.”
Fetterman said, “Otherwise, we continue to cheapen our language and use those kinds of terms.”
Fetterman also questioned Congress’s handling of the latest government shutdown and urged party leaders to take greater accountability.
Fetterman stressed reducing political tension and refuses to equate opponents with historical totalitarian figures.
